Last week I reviewed A Bike Like Sergio's by this author/illustrator team. This book would be excellent to share with elementary students and offers many opportunities for discussion about fairness, wants and needs.

Visit tomorrow to hear more about this sweet picture book!

Really enjoying this novel in verse.

  1. Just finished The Doldrums. I loved it though it's certainly more of an introduction than a complete story on its own. Can't wait for the second. Getting ready to start Starcross which is number two in the Larklight series (steam punk space adventure). Ben almost done with The Doldrums and loving it. Lucy is enjoying the Flower Fairy chapter books (as am I).

  5. Hi Gigi,

Tara is right. Moo is a great reminder of our trip to Maine. Don't you just love the main character, Reena?
