A-DOR-A-BLE! For K-2
Review and giveaway on Thursday of this week!
David Weisner is a master of telling stories without words!
A very sweet story about finding one's place. Grades 2-4

Enjoyed this historical fiction novel set in Key West during The Great Depression.

 Up Next??
Not really sure yet.

  1. Pug Meets Pig looks cute. I've never read Flotsam, but have been looking for some wordless books so I'll have to check that one out.

  2. Full of Beans was interesting, but it made me NEVER want to live in the Keys! I looked it up on a map, and it looks like disaster waiting to happen. My dog would probably enjoy Pig Meets Pug! Have you nominated books for the Cybils awards yet?

  3. I have "Full of Beans" and hope I can start it soon. I know it will be good! Thanks, Gigi.

  4. We loved exploring the Flotsam book! I just finished the first book in the Books of Elsewhere series. Now starting Smile which is so popular with the kids. Both mine have read it, so I'm glad I'm finally getting my hands on it. Ben is reading the first book in the Land of Stories series and he's loving it. Lucy is happy reading the Never Girls series.

  5. We have to read Full of Beans - We love that it is set in Key West during the Great Depression. Always on the lookout for powerful nonfiction.

  6. Pug Meets Pig looks so cute, and I have such a soft spot for pugs :)
