What are you reading friends?

  1. I really enjoyed Flora and the Peacocks, A Beetle is Shy, and Applesauce Weather. I absolutely adored The Girl Who Drank the Moon! Hope you're enjoying it as well! Have a great week!

  2. I still need to find and read Cloth Lullaby, sounds very good from all the reviews. I just got A Beetle Is Shy from the library, next n-f on my list. Have a wonderful day, Gigi!

  3. Lots of new books for me to look at. I loved The Girl Who Drank the Moon! AppleSauce Weather has shown up a few weeks in a row. I will have to go find that one.

  4. I read the Cloth Lullaby and My Book of Birds this week as well. Both of them are stunning. I've got Wishing Day on my list, and just finished We Were Here. I'm looking forward to reading what you think of it.

  5. I keep seeing My Book of Birds and my library doesn't have that yet :( Let me know when you're done with We Were Here, would love to hear your thoughts!

  6. Molly Idle's wordless picture books are among my very favourite - I love using them with students, and interpreting what's happening in the story. Beautiful and fun.

  7. We loved The Girl Who Drank the Moon and can't wait to hear your thoughts about it. We are putting Wendall and The Bird Book on our TBR list - They look amazing!

  8. Narwhals! I love that they are getting attention finally :) Have you read the Narwhal graphic novel?
I love Peacock--I think it may be my favorite Flora book.

    Happy reading this week!

  9. You and Cheriee were bonded with books this week - both of you read many of the same titles. I can't wait to read The Girl Who Drank the Moon.

  10. I just ordered Cloth Lullaby for my research project, really looking forward to reading it.
