Still loving this one!

  1. Oh dear, I've now seen the Frog book on 3 Monday posts. This means it's going to end up in my Amazon cart very soon! Definitely need to order the new Steven Layne.

  2. I don't want to be a Frog is getting around, as Elisabeth wrote. Looks fun for the little ones, Gigi.

  3. I loved this title by Dev Petty this week too. Can't wait to read this Layne book. His style is so wonderful.

  4. Thank you for telling us about I Don't Want to Be a Frog - Sound like a book with an important message.

  5. I have been reading In Defense of Read-Aloud, too! I am enjoying it. I've heard I Don't Want to Be a Frog is good--from others today! I am going to need to get my hands on it. :) Have a great week!

  6. I can't wait to hear more of your thoughts about the Steven Layne book! His wife was one of my professors in my masters program :)
I loved Frog too. Can totally hear that young little voice (bugging the parent!)

  7. Oh wow, it must be the third post where I am seeing I Dont Want to be a Frog - looks like a must-read title indeed. The PD text also sounds like a must-read indeed. :)
