It's Monday, What Are You Reading? July 17, 2017

Please visit the amazing blogs: Teach Mentor Texts and Unleashing Readers who host this terrific meme each week.

Here are some books I have enjoyed this week. Click on the cover for more info.

Sweet and sad, but mostly sweet. Prek-2

I will review this excellent middle grade adventure story near its release date in November.

LOVED this one! Great for fans of The Goldfish Boy.

Get this one. Trust me.

Here are my posts if you care to read them.

What are you reading friends?

  1. All of these mg books are on my TBR list. I can't wait until I get my hands on them. Thanks for sharing!

  2. I have Lily's Mountain on my Nook right now. Maybe I'll have to read it today!

  3. Absolutely agree about She Persisted. A requirement in all classrooms and libraries.

  4. I enjoyed Amina's voice and Hello Universe. Those will be a delight for you I think. Lily's Mountain and The Someday Birds look to be interesting titles. After so much praise for She Persisted, I've put it on hold.

  5. I'm reading the cyberpd book, but am quite a bit behind and haven't written any posts. Too much going on, but it has been an interesting read. Susan had said it's mind-shifting and some of it I'm having a hard time with trying to figure out how I could use it with teachers when they haven't read it and still feel the need for a set curriculum.....
