It's Monday, What Are You Reading? July 13, 2015

Please visit the amazing blogs: Teach Mentor Texts and Unleashing Readers who host this terrific meme each week.

A very funny book about silliness and grammar. I will be sharing it with my 4th graders for sure!

I did not expect to like this book as much as I did.
Marlin is a very endearing character. Great for grades 4-8.

  1. More than one are talking about Ruby, Gigi. I've put it on the list! And I Yam A Donkey looks very cute. Thanks for all you reviewed!

  2. I'll be interested to hear how you like the audiobook for Under the Egg. I read it on my computer and enjoyed it a lot (although you have to practice the whole willing suspension of disbelief big time. Not a lot in the book seems like it would actually happen!) I think it could make an excellent audiobook with the right narrator.

  5. The secret mission of William Tuck looks terrific. We are always looking for good historical fiction. Have you read The War that Saved My Life? We really liked that historical fiction novel too?
