I added Little One Step and Bad Island to my To Read list. I read and enjoyed There Is A Tribe Of Kids, it's a good step about finding a sense of belonging. I read it before I realized there was controversy surrounding it. Hope you have a terrific week!
ReplyDeleteMs. Bixby's... Sigh. You should take a look at his Insert Coin to Continue. So different, but equally as good. I liked some kind of courage as well- had a Little House on the Prairie vibe, but the t.v. Show, when there was a crisis every week, not so much the books!

ReplyDeleteTribe of Kids is a cool book, I grabbed it at the library the other day. I will have to seek out With Any Luck, I'll Drive a Truck for my toddler-who is rather vehicle obsessed at the moment. :)
ReplyDeleteI have a vehicle-obsessed grandson, and that, too, was my first thought when I read With Any Luck I'll Drive a Truck. Tailor-made for vehicle crazy kids!
