They will all grow from hearing you talk so openly about TJ. Do you know Peter Reynolds' book I am Here. It would be a great piggy back book for the second graders to read. It was wonderful and so important. I'm so happy you did this for TJ and his classmates. The more I know, the more I feel comfortable about helping. I think it's the same way for kids. We need to not only talk about the 'elephant in the room' but to embrace it! You sound like an amazing mom who wants the best for her son; I wish you all the strength you need to keep being his advocate! I will have to invite the parent of one of the boys in my class to consider this. I'm sure the children have a deeper understanding of your son.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11496643723544367180noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3031142435142384571.post-56140036539417482262013-10-01T02:17:08.476-07:002013-10-01T02:17:08.476-07:00What an amazing idea! Your passion, I am sure, came through as you advocated for your son and for all of us who are a little different yet similar. drferreriblogspot.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08800953133789773280noreply@blogger.com
